Neighbors on the 400 block of W Vine St are excited to invite all trick-or-treaters to stop by for candy. We have over 29 confirmed households that are ready to hand out tricks and treats this Halloween.

Are you interested in joining in on the fun?! We are inviting any neighbors from other blocks to come set-up and pass out candy with us and the best part is that we can provide the candy to you for FREE! *Candy is available to those on the 400 Block of W Vine on a first come first served basis while supplies last
