Our Housing Programs are designed to help families maintain and improve their housing situations, with the goal of keeping our neighborhood safe and affordable for years to come.
Locker Program
We have free, around the clock accessible, safe and secure storage available for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Crisis Aid and Support
While SoWe cannot provide emergency assistance, we partner with organizations that can help.

Home Repairs & Facade Improvement Grants
If you are a low-income homeowner in the neighborhood, we may have funding available to help you make necessary repairs and improvements to both the interior and exterior of your home.
Eviction Diversion & Financial Assistance
If you live in the neighborhood and are at risk of eviction, please reach out to us to see if we can help with financial assistance and/or support in navigating tenant & landlord conflicts.
First-time Homebuyer support
SoWe is an initiative of Tenfold, which is an organization that provides a spectrum of services within the world of housing, including financial & educational support to first-time homebuyers.
